Me and my boyfriend may have found a weird entity or creepypasta (or whatever its called) in minecraft

It looks like a downed, except the mouth isnt glowing and it has red hair, anyone have any ideas what it may be?

he (my bf) found it in a waterside ice spikes biome

I would like some help figuring out what this is, if anyone has an idea, please reply to this post!

Most notible things: Lives underwater, Glowing green eyes (we had no resouce or texure packs installed), Seemingly red hair, Zombie-like?, clearly non villager. (they dont have glowing full green eyes). I have tried lookingon the creepypasta wiki for anything similer, but couldnt find anything.

oh well i used an existing Midi file and used jummbox to edit it to fit the remade character for the au! and then exported it to an mp3 file
